Katumba is a drumming and movement group based in Merseyside. With over 100 members from all over the globe, our mission is to celebrate diversity, multiculturalism and wellbeing through powerful music and moves!
Vibrant performances range from an energetic 8 piece to a massive roaming carnival! Our colossal sound fills the streets and biggest festival stages.
Our fantastic team of experienced teacher / facilitators are highly skilled and have led classes from early years (mainstream/SEN) to professional level around the UK and worldwide.
Our spacious and atmospheric multi-purpose venue is available to hire for conferences, workshops and other events. We also have a recording studio suitable for a range of creative audio and visual projects!

Set in a renovated Victorian school hall, our atmospheric recording studio has high ceilings and great acoustics achieving a big authentic live sound. With both audio and video facilities, film a high quality music video or live stream a gig to your fans!
