We absolutely love what we do.

We are hard-wired as a team to constantly deepen our work together as an ever-growing band, whilst simultaneously deepening our reach, connection, integration, facilitation and uplift within our community with the physical and spiritual creativity and wellbeing that drumming, movement and culture bring.

So it was with great excitement that we heard that we have been selected as finalists for the Health & Wellbeing Award as part of the LCR Culture & Creativity Awards 2023.

The Liverpool City Region Culture & Creativity Awards, now in their fourth year, exist to recognise and celebrate the huge impact that culture and creativity has on our health and wellbeing.

The winner will be an individual, organisation, project, or partnership which has demonstrated excellence in using culture and /or creativity to achieve positive outcomes and transformation in health and wellbeing within the Liverpool City Region.

Past winners have included organisations and projects as varied as the incredible collaboration between Dead Pigeon Gallery + Damien John Kelly House, Liverpool Philharmonic and Comics Youth CIC.

You can read more about the Health & Wellbeing Award and the other twelve award categories here.

Winners are announced at a special awards evening in March at the wonderful – and brand new – Shakespeare North Playhouse.

We can’t wait to gather with other incredible organisations active in the culture and wellbeing space, and feel we are all winners already as we love what we do so much.

We would like to thank everybody who nominated us. We will keep you posted!
