This is an exciting job opportunity! We are recruiting a Community Engagement and Programme Coordinator to help us embark on a new and exciting phase in our organisation – we’re expanding! 

We believe in the power of music, movement and mindfulness practices for positive change. We are passionate about using these practices to support individuals and businesses’ wellbeing on a local and international level and animate public spaces whilst celebrating cultural diversity.

Now at a pivotal point in our organisation in expanding our creative programmes – to realise our vision, Katumba/BrazUKa International is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Community Engagement and Programme Coordinator to support our growing activities. 

Job purposes:

As the Community Engagement and Programme Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering community engagement and supporting our diverse membership. Your dynamic leadership and passion for music, movement practices and social impact will contribute to our mission of promoting inclusivity and wellbeing. You will ensure seamless membership processes, manage inquiries, and provide exceptional support to our members and the community we serve. You will coordinate the seamless execution of our various programmes, support the teachers to manage their schedule and teaching materials, manage community partnerships and ensure the success of our members teaching programme.
